About me
Our Story
My journey started in Vietnam back in 2016 and at this time, public schools were the 'heart' of all the learning with wonderful vietnamese teachers guiding and showing us the way.
It was only in 2019, particularly after COVID, that as part of a community, as human beings and even more as teachers, I noticed that human interaction was decreasing and common values, such as empathy, understanding, partnership, respect... that in other times were passed on from generation to generation, were disappearing.
THE BIG Experience. why?
Society is changing but is the Educational environment catching up?
Generations are growing in an old fashioned school structure that was designed for masses and didn't take in consideration each child's needs and individuality. As mentioned before, society is changing and so should the educational system.
The world is changing at a faster speed than before and during our 9 year research, we concluded that our goals, our identify, motivations and ambitions are getting lost along the way with the excessive workload and the lack of time for our personal projects.
And this is the reason why The Bridge was born.
By creating courses that include:
- engagement
- interaction
- critical thinking
- emotional development
- safe space for mistakes
- adaptable to every one
and others..
We will have happier and more confident people, better listeners and better professionals.
